The following terms and conditions establish the contractual agreement between you and Beeline Cars Park Royal. By booking a taxi and utilizing our services, you unequivocally acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Definitions

• References to Beeline Cars Park Royal as “we” or “us” pertain to the service-providing company, while the terms “you” and “your” encompass individuals, businesses, or companies making bookings with us.

Booking

• 2.1 Ensure sufficient time allocation for your journey to reach your destination promptly, especially for airport transfers requiring timely check-ins. Beeline Cars Park Royal bears no responsibility for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or unpreparedness at the agreed-upon collection time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to request a car of appropriate size for passengers and luggage. Beeline Cars Park Royal does not guarantee the transportation of excessive luggage. Children, regardless of age, are considered individual passengers.

2.3 Requests for wheelchair access must be communicated at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

• 3.1 Our quotes are based on information provided by you and exclude VAT unless specified otherwise. Any changes to the itinerary may lead to adjustments in the provided quote.

3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period post-landing and covers airport parking costs. Additional waiting time beyond this period incurs charges at the standard Beeline Cars Park Royal waiting rate.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, review the booking confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Beeline Cars Park Royal of any discrepancies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

3.4 Payment methods accepted include cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

• 4.1 Passengers’ behavior is your responsibility. Charges may apply for vehicle soiling, damage, or negative impact caused by passengers.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited in the car.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 Passenger count adheres to licensing or insurance limits.

Cancellations

• 5.1 Notify Beeline Cars Park Royal as soon as possible to cancel a booking. Cancellation charges apply if done after dispatch, based on the driver’s time and distance to the cancellation point.

5.2 Online booking cancellations pre-dispatch may incur charges on the original payment.

Liability

• 6.1 While efforts are made to ensure timely arrival, Beeline Cars Park Royal is not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. We are not responsible for any losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we strive to provide an alternative car for a swift continuation of your journey.

6.4 You indemnify Beeline Cars Park Royal from expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from omissions or acts by anyone in your party.

6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

• 7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any risk is posed to a vehicle or driver due to abuse, violence, or damage from you or other passengers. No refunds are provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

• 8.1 Beeline Cars Park Royal may subcontract obligations. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your obligations or rights under this agreement.

8.2 Terms and conditions may be altered by Beeline Cars Park Royal at any time by updating this page. Regularly review these terms for changes. Existing bookings will proceed at rates effective at the time of booking.

8.3 Data processing complies with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between Beeline Cars Park Royal and yourself.

8.5 No provision in these terms confers advantages to a third party. Third parties cannot enforce rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.

Disputes

• Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims or disputes made after this timeframe are not obligated to be entertained by Beeline Cars Park Royal.
